Mimesis at EIT food 2023

On November 16th we were invited by Terza Missione Unict to join the event “Dall’idea alla start-up dalla ricerca al mercato” dedicated to researchers from different disciplines converging on the desire to make a positive impact on the planet and for people. It was a great experience, with many students interested in the world of start-ups attending. Thank you for inviting us and thank you to everyone who attended.
